Would You Buy It Wednesday

Today is Would You Buy It Wednesday. I will post an item I ether saw or bought from the thrift store. Let me know if you would have bought it or left it there.

Vintage yellow kitchen table with chairs




I paid $25 My sister didn't like the table and said it was ugly. It is by Howell. I love the legs. I didn't really want the chairs (second photo, the first photo chairs did not come with the table) but the guy at the store said I had to take them. I wish I knew how to reupholster because I like the design of the chairs but not the color. I did sell my other table for $10 So would you have bought it? Leave a comment below.

    I think it's a cute table. I might have purchased it for myself if we didn't already have a small table for the two of us.

    I think you can probably recover those chairs, too. They probably have screws that can be removed. Once you have the pieces, all you have to do it cover it with a fabric or pleather that you like. You might be able to find a tutorial online, either on YouTube or blogs. You can do it!!!

    Yes Yes Yes I would have purchased that table. Not so much the chairs. But they could be easy to reupholster. We had a similar table when we got married but it was Mediterranean black and red. The hardest thing on those chairs is the piping around the edge, you need practice to get it right. Two thumbs up!!
