When we were kids, we used to play in the 3M plant parking lot. They used to have all these rubber balls we would collect. they ranged in size from 1" to 3" The smaller balls were plentiful but the bigger ones were quite rare. I remember seeing who could bounce their ball the highest. Today, I went over to the thrift store and Ryker wanted this bag of balls. Inside was one of the bigger 3m balls. I haven't seen these in years. (no they probably are not worth anything...just memories)

I'm tempted to keep this spice rack. It is still in it's original packaging but since I don't really cook, there is no point in keeping it.

I remember Super Balls back in the 70's. I had a large black one. I used to play that game, "A" my name is Alice and my husband's name is AL and we come from Alabama and we sell Apples...."B" my name is Betty....and so on. You had to swing your leg over the bouncing ball every time a word came up that started with the letter you were on. Thanks for that memory!
ReplyDeleteSo tell me, if you don't really cook, how does your family eat? Does someone else do the cooking? If so, you are lucky. I hate cooking! I hate it! But if I don't cook, we don't eat. :-(
